The residents of California have spoken loud and clear and want Governor Newsom removed from office, Is this the reason California is on lockdown?
On June 10, 2020 retired Yolo County Deputy Sheriff Orrin Heatile reignited the recall process on siting Governor Gavin Newsom. Citing “ Governor Gavin Newsom has failed Californians” with Unaffordable housing, record homelessness, rising crime, failing schools, independent contractors thrown out of work, exploding pension debt, tax increases, sanctuary city policies, suspension of the death penalty, rationing water use, as well as restricting parental rights. Supporters of the recall also criticize Newsom over his response to the coronavirus pandemic, and a continued locked down for its citizens while all the prisons are being emptied of violent criminals.
On November 6th The Recall Gavin 2020 campaign was given a 120 day extension to collect 1,495,709 signed petitions due to Governor Newsoms’ multiple stay at home orders that prevented Recall Gavin 2020 from collecting the required number of signatures needed for the recall. The new deadline is March 17th, 2021. Current goal is 2 million signatures which is a 500,000 cushion over the required 1,495,709 signatures. Currently Recall Gavin 2020, have 800,000 signatures. If the recall drive succeeds, the state must hold a special election within months after petitions are certified. The lieutenant governor is required to call a recall election to be held not less than 60 days no more than 80 days from the date of certification of sufficient signatures, according to the state Constitution, unless a statewide election is scheduled within 180 days. The next California gubernatorial election is Nov. 8, 2022. In total, five recall petitions against Newsom have failed to qualify for the ballot due to numerous CV-19 related Stay at Home Orders. Actions aimed at recalling California Gov Gavin Newsom gained momentum after Newson was spotted on November 6th, at the French Laundry with a party of 22 not wearing a face mask, violating his own mask and social distancing mandate.
Is California government working to prevent the recall power of Californians by allowing state officials to effectively insulate themselves from removal, by passing restrictions that make it impossible for proponents to collect sufficient signatures utilizing the Stay at Home Order, due to rising Covid-19 Cases, citing Science as the reason.
Lawyers for Heatlie and his California Patriot Coalition stated in the Oct. 16th court briefing that the ongoing restrictions imposed by the government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic “severely inhibited” their ability to circulate petitions and gather signatures in support of the recall effort. If they can pay professional circulators, he said, “ They can bring in 100,000 signatures weekly. I foresee that racking up relatively quickly, but the pandemic and other hurdles remain. We’ve been run off certain areas,” he said. “The stores don’t want us out in front.” Heatlie’s goal is to acquire the remaining signatures needed in the next three weeks.
The California State GOP has formally endorsed the Recall Gavin campaign, As a one-party state that pioneered the now national practice of delivering election results only after weeks of counting mailed in and harvested ballots. With control of only around 25 percent of the seats in the State Legislature, only 7 out of 53 congressional districts, and not a single Republican holding higher state office. California’s GOP has an opportunity to fight hard for California against big tech oligarchy and public sector unions, who have partnered with Democratic political machines in almost every major American city, and are on the brink of turning America into California, as we have seen with each member Biden/Harris has chosen for their administration, and the direction the Democratic party has been bull dozing America.
The Mainstream media outlets to date, have virtually ignored an refused to cover the recall campaign despite the impressive progress it has already made, despite events in every city and town, continuing with bias coverage of current events and politics.
Californians are enraged by Newsoms’ policies, during COVID-19, stating “Newsom displayed vindictive hypocrisy by condoning all manner of “peaceful protests,” yet closing churches and prosecuting the congregants.” Political activist Stephen Frank, when told about the 120 day extension, said, “This allows the people of California to be heard against the totalitarian dictates of one-man government in the one party state. This allows the volunteers to be single minded instead of being distracted by an election. They can now work full time on correcting the mistake made in November 2018.”
Voters in California were successful in recalling Gov. Gray Davis, a Democrat, and replaced him with Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2003. Californians are looking to do the same with Failing Governor Gavin Newsom, in 2021, however given the Political Mainstream Media Power behind Governor Newsom, are witnessing Totalitarian behavior at its finest. Californians are being ordered by its State Government, to stay at home not because of rising cases of Covid-19, instead to prevent them from exercising their Constitutional Rights in obtaining signatures needed to move forward with, Recall Gavin 2020.
On Tuesday November 6th California Judge James P. Aguelles grants Recall Gavin 2020 campaign 120 day extension to gather the remaining 700 thousand signatures needed. Less than 20 days later, Californians are back on a Stay At Home Order by Governor Gavin Newsome, citing the science. Many Californians continue to struggle due to the multiple stay at home orders, that the Governor continues to mandate. Many Californians have experience jobs loss, businesses closing, or filing for bankruptcy protection, as a result of Governor Newsom, fearing the people voting power in recalling him for failed state leadership. Will Governor Newsom lift the Stay at Home order, and face his people, or will he and other Democrat Politicians continue to take up shelter behind the Political & Mainstream Media Machine.
Should the embattled states Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin follow California’s lead in recalling their governors?
