Tom Brady, Buccaneers Beat Drew Brees, Bucs Advance to NFC Championship First Time Since 20021 min read
Tampa Bay is competing in the conference championship for the fourth time in franchise history. Now they are just one game closer to the Superbowl, after beating the Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints 30-20 in the NFC divisional round.
Tom Brady threw two touchdown passes and taking advantage of three Drew Brees interceptions.
The Saints got the better of the Bucs in both of their regular-season games, but Brady made it know 3 times a charm.
“We worked hard to get to this point. Two road playoff wins is pretty sweet,” Brady said. “We’ve got to go beat a great football team we know pretty well. Aaron’s playing incredible.”
